Spirit Quest is simply the opportunity to have a guided ’solo wilderness experience’ that is specifically designed to help you attune to that which is most sacred to you. Your Spirit Quest is a sacred and unique experience for you and is customized to match your sacred intent, whether it is a four hour solo, or a four day and four night solo.
Depending upon the length of time you choose for your solo you will be taught ‘Spirit Quest Prep’ which is simply the guidelines, process and training of ensuring your safety and well being. You will be taught exactly what you need to know while spending time alone in a wilderness environment. Spirit Quest is highly recommended.
